Cyclist in cork with blue siren

Hi,wondering if anyone else has seen the unusual,guy cycling round cork,wearing a full face helmet,and a 2 metre white pole,with a blue,flashing siren on top,saw him again recently in Carrigaline,golloked him in to dunnes,l most him,,, thought at first he was advertising something,but Na,put a big smile on my face…

Ah, but a siren isn't a sound.

When we say "I hear a siren" it is like "I hear a buffalo" not "I hear a shriek".
