Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Lol 1st half that was not a foul when it happened to a Liverpool player

Mourinho is definitely putting his stamp on his United side. Horrible cynical play-acting and stamping all over their opponents.

"Drops to Rooney. Is it in the stars?" Are you serious???? Most biased reffing and commentary I've ever watched. Absolutely terrible rubbish!

Sigh, should have won that. Draw slightly better for Liverpool though I guess.

Erm think that was a yellow for Herrera there :D. No action taken against Liverpool player for the push though.

    Both got yellows.

Well in from the linesman, not his fault he missed an offside he wasn't in position.

Impressive comeback from United, but then again having the extra man always meant it was likely.

    Fair result.

"Rooney! Is it in the script, is it in the stars!?!?"

Rooney passes straight to a wide open Liverpool defender.

All in all probably a fair result. Can't believe how poor Pogba is though, absolutely awful today.

I'd have taken that before the game given our form and injuries.

I think one thing we can all agree on.. Pogba is a complete fraud.

    Chelsea will walk the title.

Draw was a fair result.Man Utd just shaded it and deserved a draw.

Pogba cancelled out the ref so it was 11v11

Ah, neither team played well and probably a fair result over all with Liverpool happier of the two. United had as good a chance all season to beat us today but failed, I'm happy with a point.

    Fellaini caused some trouble
Liverpool had enough chances to win two games
    We need a finisher

    Better for united surely

Very happy with that. Didn't play well at all and United have been flying recently. Good point.

Cynical fouls like his on Firmino should result in at least a fine. A yellow card for what he did and what many players do isn't enough IMO. It's not football.

Take Pogba out of that Utd team and they have the makings of a good side

Sky really market the hell out of this stuff.

Gary Neville shrieking that a player should be sent off where his opponent feigned a blow to the head summed up that afternoon.

With the money spent on that Utd team it's hard to believe they have to resort to those tactics. Dreadful stuff.

I don't think you quiet understood what he was communicating by that "relax" signal.

I'd have taken a draw pre game with the team we had out.

2 points dropped though in hindsight. Utd beating smaller teams hyped them up. They are average enough.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 36,360 ✭✭✭✭SlickRic

    Fair result.

Liverpool were poor. United edged it generally, but their best chances bar the goal came from Liverpool errors.

Wijnaldum should have nightmares about those 3 incredible chances he had to get a second for us.

Jose may send another brown envelope to the referee association after that game.

Usual pathetic performance from the officials when we go to OT. Liverpool robbed. From Pogba not getting two yellows in the first half, Rodney's tackle, the offside goal, Firmino not getting a penalty etc.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 19,371 ✭✭✭✭Liam O

If I was bothered I'd go back and time the amount of time that Milner and Coutinho spent on the ground when Liverpool were blatantly time wasting and I'd say it would be around the same as the injury time given.

Another 2 points dropped for Utd against poor opposition. It's these games against lesser sides that's going too cost Utd a place in the CL. The less said about the ref,the better.
