Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Klopp cracking up in the interview. Feeling the heat. No win in 2017

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,504 ✭✭✭Polo_Mint

And yet they had more chances, more shots on goal and more corners.....

    And scored via a Peno

In fairness it was a gift that 99 games out of 100 doesn't happen. Pogba was really terrible today but got a bit unlucky with that.

    Nope. 1 goal = 1 goal

You can say you had 100 *Chances, it means nothing if they dont go in

The argument wasn't how many goals Liverpool could have had, the argument was that United were a far more attacking team while Liverpool sat back, dispelled by the fact that Liverpool created more chances all game.

No, don't worry, I know the results this year. It doesn't mean Klopp's getting upset or feeling the fictional heat.

Liverpool wasted some decent opportunities there. Seens they would prefer to blame the officials than look at their own finishing.

Good comeback by Utd after gifting them a goal

Firmino not the clinical finisher we needed today
But how can you play Sturridge , maybe he could have played last 10 mins though
We had chances to win at end of game

Only thing funnier than Sky's biased presentation today is some of the United fans on here. All the good ones must be in the pub.

Even if they miss those chances and the refs do their job it ends 1-0 to Liverpool. You can't say they deserve to have a bad decision against them because they missed a chance.

tbh, I do feel Liverpool got a bit lucky in the fact that United f'd up a lot of good chances. Draw seemed fair, neither did enough to win. Would have been nice for Liverpool to sneak a win but it didnt seem likely :s Ibra the goal machine is so hard to play against. As the commentator said, hes like a magnet.
Can had a better game than he had been having but he still looks like a liability. Coutinho is looking well after a long lay off. Message to Paul Pogba - stop throwing shapes when you have the ball, you dont get that much time on the ball in the Premier League and if you are good, you are good, there is no need to sass it up on the pitch as you will be found out and you can cause your team to lose. "Dabbing" may make 8 year olds and morons clap and laugh but it doesn't win you games you massive fraud

Liverpool went full on park the bus in the second half, never tried to win the game and only got their chances when United had 7 attackers on the pitch. Were handed the lead by United.
Klopp sharing the lemons it seems, brilliant stuff.

Keep making yourself try to feel better there buddy.

Liverpool were time wasting from about 65 mins on. They had a good 5 minutes before that but became very cynical to try and take seconds off the clock. Oliver was making no effort to speed it up either.

Liverpool clearly couldn't deal with Fellaini and his header was unlucky not to go in. It's hardly an easy one to spot and let's not forget a wrong offside call was made on Rooney a couple of mins before. Mignolet made the save but it meant that rather than a corner Liverpool were given possession back and another minute off the clock.

Portugese Pulis must be wondering why he didn't start Fellaini.

Long passing to players who have aerial superiority. Seemed to work. Liverpool never beat Van Gaal in the league so maybe there's something to it.

Also, because nobody ever seems to realise this for some reason, LVG was the most possession based manager United have ever had.

Alluding to something but not saying it directly to avoid a ban.

    The worst kind of snide.
