They've all missed more games than him though.
Lukaku has missed one game.
Vardy has missed three (with some cameo appearances).
Kane has missed five.
Aguero has missed six.
Sturridge has missed eight (with alot of cameo appearances also).

Lukaku might get poor service but surely Defoe doesn't receive any better?

Strange that the ref chose not to apply the rules and book Davies for going into the crowd. Daft rule and should never be a booking but alli got one for Chelsea goal.
Pity other refs couldn't just let common sense take over and not book players either.
