105 5800 shifter loose part

    The silver metal part on my left shifter is loose. It's the silver piece of metal that has 105 written on it.
    It just makes a rattling noise as there is load of movement but the shiftier seems to work as normal. I don't know anything about the inner workings these shifters. Does anyone know if this is easy to fix?
