No I don't think so. It seems to be a mixture between be3 and TV3 of ITV programmes that are being aired.

    Hi Guys,

From January 9th TV3’s new look three-channel offering launches. While its current channels TV3 and 3e will receive new brand identities, UTV Ireland will be re-launched as be3. This re-launch follows the departure of ITV from the Republic of Ireland.

The good news for viewers is that all of the popular content will still be available across the TV3 Group of channels, TV3, 3e, be3, the vast majority of your favourite shows will still be available, including popular programmes such as ‘Midsomer Murders’, ‘Doc Martin’ ‘Loose Women’, ‘This Morning’, Ant and Dec Saturday Night Takeaway’, ‘The Chase’, The Jeremy Kyle Show’, ‘Birds of a Feather’, ‘Benidorm’ etc.

    Thanks,
    Pamela

This not Eir's problem at all. Viewers with Virgin Media are feeling the pain even more so as they have had 'UTV' since the 1960's on their network, once UTV Ireland started it was the end of real 'UTV' broadcasting on Virgin Media and now that UTV Ireland is no more there is no ITV1 Network on Virgin Media anymore.

The only way of getting it now is either being lucky enough to pick it up using an aerial with FreeView overspill signals near the border and down the east coast. It can also be picked up using a satellite dish however it is not available on Sky's EPG.
