Not sure about that new Switch. Think I prefer the original console/dock. Thank god. Don't need that expense.

That switch is all kinds a purty

Is that not the same Switch, just a different colour?

That colour scheme is awful. Yikes.

That looks truly appalling. I'm all for colour schemes variations but this is bad. Could incorporate Mario colours way better.

Is the grip the only thing that's blue? Given how often I use my grip it'd pretty much be an all red console for me.

Didn't think of that. I quite like the red/blue look, but as you say, it's all red unless you're using the grip. Nice Blue dock would have been better imo.

Oh well, give me an easy life and a peaceful death.

It's top tier Nintendo. One of the very best.

I bought it on my WiiU and only played a bit... I must get back to it.

I probably won't get this as I still have a fair bit to play on my WiiU backlog so need more excuses to get back to it!

    Nintendo have been rumbled :)

I see there is a red xbox controller coming out too.
    Coincidence or what ? :)

Hope GameStop and Argos are back up and running when that Switch drops hope it's sticker price too. Joy-con and Grip ala Mario Overalls colour scheme made me smile

Are we getting a switch with camera

Would it not be a virtual camera in the in-game environment, and reponds to the tilt sensor in the console?

Nah it'll be like the game boy camera and stick out the cartridge slot.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 18,180 ✭✭✭✭RobbingBandit

I'd rather a proper camera than an AR style camera type situation but yeah it'll probably be the latter.

I would love if they integrated with the Labo VR.

Everytime I see the word Labo VR I think of this

    Blue Fire -

Releasing in less than 2 weeks on Feb 4

Even if it borrows elements from other games it looks promising.

    Trailer

    Gameplay impressions from demo chapters

Cyber Shadow (published by Yacht Club games, but developed by one guy!) is out tomorrow and reviews are out now.
It's getting stellar reviews across the board.

€14.99 now (just over €12 in Russia if you are willing to travel), going to €19.99 at midnight

This looks like a good one, guys.

    Sample review...

One guy? Lordy. When reading that kinda thing, I look at my slew of half-abandoned game projects and sigh. :(:D

Cyber Shadow will be on game pass for any Xbone owners

Watched a bit of a gameplay video today, looks way too difficult for me!

I'm chipping away at it. It's tough but fair. Generous checkpoints, no penalty for death and it's pretty methodical - you have to play slow and steady. Enjoying it a lot.

After 25k complaints, EU calls for investigation into Nintendo Switch Joy-Con drift
    Out of control.

This is a big deal. They can force Nintendo to fix the problem, well if they want to continue selling the Switch in Europe. Nintendo's president's previous apology is hollow when they've done nothing in 4 years to fix it.

This is really interesting. I’ve had joy con drift for at least a year now. I got so sick of it I bought a pro controller instead.
