    Hopefully good Ronnie turns up and we get a cracking match up. I don't know if those matches are all as cut and dried as you think though. With all the matches these guys play these days anybody can beat anybody, will be a great few days of snooker one way or the other. Would love to see Mark Allen win it. Really looking forward to the next few days of it

    Serious break from Ronnie to make it one each. Not many players could even think of winning a frame the ways the balls were, no black and the pink tied up for most shots

    I agree re Foo, I always enjoyed watching him play. Deserves a big one.

    As for the triple crown I'm sure your right. Perhaps they just meant he would be on course to do it this year as obviously he's the only one who can.

    Yeah you're right the triple crown is the same season, he'll just hold all the titles at once.

    I'd really like to see Fu win too but every tournament I want Allen to win. Love his style and love how he has a personality.

    The Masters is probably my favourite tournament, all the best players, and short matches means more deciders.

    Interesting interview with Hearn during the interval. Says that he feels they have the pay for the top guys pretty much sorted and now it's time for the prize money to filter down to the lower guys. He seems confident that he can continue to grow the game and I hope he's right. As someone said earlier in the thread there are more top players in their 40s than 20s at the moment
