I turn my back for a few minutes and the thread has gone. :O Or did I imagine a guy here,asking about joining the BA - Royal Irish and all that - posting a 4:15 mile to demonstrate his fitness. He said that he was a silver medal kickboxer who has represented All-Ireland six times? tac
