Sooooo Close for Sammy B. Looks like he got boxed in with about 300 mtrs to go but was making big inroads to Ewan.

Last 1km of stage 1 of the Tour down under.
    Very fast finish!
Still to early for a WT race I think but at least there's something to watch before the classics :)

(In regards stage 1 finish) Maybe it is just the cameras, just thought it was weird. It looks like Sammy was going to break earlier than expected (when he sees Caleb) and he thought Peter did not know but then Peter broke sidewards for him while he was already doing the same. Other than that a great finish, if they had read it a tiny bit better, he would have been top 3 I think.

Didn't realise Bike were showing highlights in the evening. The channel just turned up on my TV last month.

I think that's Virgin Media UK, over here you need to be able to get it through freeview from the UK. Basically need a good mast and good reception of the UK channels

Cheers, I was hoping to be able to record it and watch it at night while on the turbo. I presume watching it by googling it I'd have to watch it live which I can't unfortunately.

While Ewen did well winning 4 sprints just wonder how well he,ll do later in the season when he's up against the likes of greipel, kitten, cav and an inform sagan. He didint look fantastic last year as a new rider and just wonder will he still be a bit green for this year
