Shelby I think it was, that match up doesnt sit right with me UFC so watered down they needed him fighting a prospect as main event, shoulda been buried off to fight Siver or something.

Over 600 fighters on the roster and doing cards every 2-3 weeks, getting crap cards like this with horrible main events is going to be the norm a lot more now lads.

I thought the whole thing was that they were planning to drastically cut the number of cards, especially overseas ones and that total data scheduled for 2017 was down to about 35 or so from 50 odd the last couple of years, no?

Vet divisions needed, Penn should never have been in with someone on a long Win streak.

There are still come classic match ups for some of the vets.

Its so hard to keep up with the pace of the game these days, the sport moves on so quickly.

It does not make sense to match old vets from another era of MMA up against fresh up and comers of the modern game. There are still fun fights out there that do not have to be complete mismatches.

Could you imagine them feeding Little Nog to Rumble, idiocy and the sort of thing Shelby would do to headline a card in Brazil.

Over 35 divisions let them do controlled trt and give us good fights, no miss matches no funny business.

Fighters decide when they join it or UFC decides? Or drop out of top 10 and you get shifted over?

The likes of Matt Brown, Josh Barnett, Guida etc could do with this but people like Werdum, Maia etc clearly don't...

Yeah there will be old boys thinking they can still compete for the titles ect look at Bisping Hendo so it would be hard enough to organise, but I'd welcome it imagine juiced up Cropcop v Brock ect there'd be epic knocks.
