How to submit a meter reading

    Is there a way to submit a meter reading without setting up an online account?  I cant see anything about how to supply a reading on the bill, even though it requests that it be done.

    Thank you for getting in touch.

    You can submit a meter-reading over the phone on 1850 372 372 or we can process a meter-reading for you by private message here on Boards. We are online until 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

    We recommend only submitting a meter-reading upon immediate receipt of an estimated bill (unless you require an interim bill mid billing cycle).
