Ive got the HKC Quantum 70 panel. And when I goto the "Battery Menu"; Ive got 4 sections there:

    "Battery Current"
    This displays "Charging 254mA"
No problem here, Im reading this as the battery is charging at 254mA at the moment.

    "Battery Load Tst"
    This shows "Load Current: 13"
I dont understand this, What does the "13" mean ?

    "Charge Battery"
This shows "Battery Charge Cycle Started"
I know that cycling a battery means to discharge it and then recharge it. Does the panel actually fully cycle its battery pack ?

    "Replace Battery"
As far as I know you go in here to tell the panel that youve fitted a new battery so that the battery timer is reset.

Could somebody with more knowledge then myself on this subject explain to me the "Battery Load Tst" and the "Charge Battery" sections of the menu? Ive got the Install manual but I reckon they have changed these sections since the manual was issued.
This is all Ive got in the manual on the Battery Menu:

The Battery Menu has 3 sections. The first, Batt Current Mon
is used to monitor how much current is either going into or
coming from the battery. A positive current means the battery is
charging while a negative current means it is discharging.

The second, Battery Load Test is used to determine the total
system current. During the test the charge/discharge currents
will be on the display. Also during the test the system is
powered by the battery (and not the mains power supply). This
feature lets you know if you are too close to the limits of the
mains power supply. The engineer will be prompted to press
YES to source all the system current from the battery and NO
to go back to the mains power supply.

The third, Replace Batt. Pack works as follows. “Control panel
internal battery pack needs replacing” is spoken by the panel 5
years after it is first programmed. To reset this 5 year timer, go
to the Replace Batt. Pack item and press YES. This is a useful
    reminder for the End User.

    Thanks in advance lads.
