Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Apparently everyone on it gets rice and cream and cheese

Do they have the calories on the menu? Just give a rough guess what way the macros are divided if they do with the aim of the listed calories.

    Nah no listed calories
No Brian literally just beef, mixed peppers with onion, and a scoop of tomato salsa
    Nom nom

Saving carbs for a brownie later
    Haha

Just guessed 150g beef and put that down instead

1977 World Powerlifting Championships and up steps Doug Young to squat 317.5kg on his 2nd attempt.

The lack of spotters is mad, to start.

So, breaks 3 ribs on that second squat. Still goes on to bench 247kg and deadlift 322kg.

    Three. Broken. Ribs.

Doug Young is my idol. The man exuded power. Some great stories about him on 70sbig.com.

Everything Doug Young did was paleo. He was a caveman.

All this burrito talk had me make 3 days worth of lunches of burrito goodness.

Homemade guac is the best. I can also give myself as much of it as I want.

Also jumped on the burrito bandwagon this evening. :o

Bluewolf has her own burrito bandwagon.

Doesn't have any band or wheels on it.

Nathan Damron squatted 310kg @98kg yesterday. America has some ridiculous talent in their young weightlifters at the moment.

And Ray Williams sets a new raw (w/ sleeves) world record with this squat at 477.5kg.

    Added 22.5kg onto the record...

Isn't that really close to the untested, w/wraps record? Madness altogether.

17 lbs shy of Malanichev's record.

One of the first, if not the first, to total over 2400 lbs in just sleeves.

I could've picked that up off the ground and then squatted it.

    Of course you could.

That's why you're on boards saying you could.

Day at the office for JT.

Think she benched 147 a month or so ago.

Kicks off here with ~135kg at the 1 min mark and around 2.50 gets going at the 147.

    Solid enough pause as well.
