I had a 4 hour layover in an airport today because of a flight delay. Wouldn't it be great if airports had gyms. Even just a room where you could do bodyweight stuff or mobility work (just as long as you had access to a shower afterwards). I'd pay for it anyway.

You will just need to connect through one of these airports!

    What's your definition of healthy?

Lowest sugar? Lowest calories? Most likely to result in awesome gainz?

All the fitness youtubers drink Monster Zero Ultra (white), so that must be it.

    They don't usually quantify taurine.

They're mostly nonsense anyway - the energy is from calories (sugar) and caffeine the stimulant.

Shouldn't really be having much in the way of energy drinks that it matters if there's an extra couple of mg of taurine in one versus another. If it does, then cut back.

You could try a pre workout if you're interested in stimulants to get you going.
Haven't taken them since the original NoXplode so no idea what's good now.
I just drink a strong coffee now fwiw

No idea but it was subsequently banned.
It smelled like petrol and you would be focused and tingling on it. I assume it was just loads of caffeine and a niacin flush.

Somewhat related, smelling salts are great craic for a big lift.
I used to use Nose Torc when I had a home gym. Would probably get a few raised eyebrows in flyefit

The lift that Konstantin Konstantinovs was his hardest ever.

302.5kg with band tension bringing it to somewhere in the ball park of 450kg.

You could look at something like this, which Ha**ey posted once upon a time.

Each session is based around the main lift and everything else complements that. I'd include the dips/rows/chin ups on the appropriate days rather than give them a day
Are you suppose to increase the weight on lifts B-E as the weeks go on?

Try to but get all of the sets and reps done at a weight that's challenging. If you think you can move up and get the all sets and reps done, then do so.

Maybe it's just me but it seems to have gone fairly quiet on this and the Nutrition & Diet forum recently, never seems to be much new despite checking in most days. No doubt the place will be hopping in about 6 weeks when the resolutioners are all aboard the "new year, new me" wagon!

Finally at the end of being on a slow surplus the last few months, started at 76.1kg on 1st September and now at 80.6kg. Total gain of 4.5kg which averages out (over 12 weeks) at about 375g/week - seem reasonable? Don't know if it's even worth trying to start a cut at this time of the year, might just hold off until Jan which gives me licence to batter a few tins of sweets over Christmas! pacman.gif

I’d say you could almost pinpoint the slow downfall of the fitness forum to the banning of Hanley

In a nutshell, what are the big differences between the Adipower and Powerlift 3.1 shoes? (besides the price!)
