Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Good game.
City players making some very slow decisions around the box though.

Spurs doing a city at the back.

City should be a couple up here.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 53,262 ✭✭✭✭GavRedKing

City have been sloppy today, they should be 2-0 up by this stage.

If Spurs put in a half like we've just done, against us, we'd be at least 2 down.

That's the difference really. The performance here is very strong, they've picked apart gaps in the Spurs backline and in their build up play. But the attackers aren't scoring enough and the defenders are inferior individually to those of their rivals.

    WTF Lloris

    City deserve the lead though.

Goal 1-0! Deserved lead. Great pass, wonderful run. City have looked to play in behind Spurs so much this evening and it's paid off.

    Otamendi's such a clown.

Brutal from Lloris. Brutal defending from Spurs. Not as if they didn't have a warning. Deserved lead.

    Spurs looking very ordinary.

Why does Alli shove him there like, no need at all.

Why he did not do much wrong, he tried to block a quick free kick and was pushed over

He is right there with De Gea. One game means nothing.

2-0! Unbelievable stuff. 2 keeper errors yet 2 goals City deserved from the chances theyve created. High quality!

Spurs not at it today and I'm surprised
    City completely dominant

The spurs jersey eventually seeps into the genes, no one is safe.

100%, City could have been 2 or 3 up in the first half alone.

Spurs havent showed up here today.

Ha cost them both goals. Awful goal keeping from him, which is ironic considering the yoke at the other end.

    Game over.

Only watched since half time, have spurs had that high line all game? Sterling Sane and Aguero look so dangerous

Great cross. Couldn't be easier for Alli

City winning would stack everyone closer for Utd, is that not better for ye?

    Stops Spurs run too.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,725 ✭✭✭✭blueser

Damn. A long way still to go.
    :(

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,030 ✭✭✭Minderbinder

Wait I've seen this game already today. So Liverpool are going to equalise and then Swansea are gonna win it against all the odds

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 19,019 ✭✭✭✭adox

Defending optional in this game it seems.

No a draw or a loss is the best result
We need to get out of 6th first remember!
And anyway I hate city more so a loss is always funny for me
