Move water pipes for new toilet
dig up floor around toilet to move to wall for new toilet and move sink waste pipe
    tile all walls and floors
    fit new toilet and mirror
filling of holes in floor and walls with concrete

supply of all pipes, fitting , tiles, grout, toilet , mirror , sink
    removal of all waste

    Bathroom 2: Upstairs Bathroom €5000
Removal off old bath & tiles and wares
    move of water pipes
    tile all walls and floors
fit new toilet , vanity unit , shower door, shower , electric shower
run pipes for new shower ,
wiring of new electric shower and new trips
    fix extractor fans
    wire spots lights on ceiling
    fit plywood on floor
    fit towel ring and holder

supply pipes, fitting, floor & wall tiles, chrome trims , adhesive grouts, shower door , tray, toilet, vanity unit , electric shower , spot lights, electrics plywood , extractor fan , towel rings

They seem ok for Dublin prices. You might get more answers in the plumbing forum rather than here.

Whats kind of sinks are you getting. Concrete ones are the job.
