I have a Bank of Ireland cheque made out to three payees & its crossed.  Its money that was invested when the family was young.  Can all three payees sign the back of the cheque & lodge it to one account.

    Good Afternoon hillbloom,

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

Generally if a cheque is crossed it can be lodged to the account of one of the payees once it is endorsed by all of the other payees. If the cheque is crossed to 'account payee only' then it can only be lodged to an account in the name of (all) the payees.

    Thanks,
    Elaine
