Hi all, a quick question for you. I bought an electric blanket for my son for xmas but it randomly stopped working after ten days. Included is a 3 year manufacturers guarantee which states they will replace it if it stops working for any reason.
Would Argos perform the exchange as I still have my email receipt or would I be better dealing with the company that made the blanket?

Go in to Argos, they are usually excellent on returns.

Its broken - its not a return under the change of mind returns policy. Argos are one of the best retailers for both change of mind and failed items.

    You shouldn't have a problem.
