How long do irish customs hold a battery from china

Hi. Bought a portable battery charger from gearbest and it shipped 22 Dec and looking at the tracking it hit Dublin 5th Jan and now it's with the transfer of customs that was 6th Jan. Value of item is 10 euro. Anybody ever have a similar situation or any tips on who I could call or email. Thks for any advice.
