Try Pepper mortgages either through an appointed broker or they now have a few offices throughout the country.

Perhaps you need to elaborate a bit more on your initial post. Why have you bad credit?

The checks now for mortgages are extremely tight, most people even without bad credit have to jump through hoops to get a mortgage.
