    I did a similar thing when i lived in canada. I ran up a massive bill when i went to the states. They threatend me with solicitors and all but nothing happened in the end. Id say the gardai have bigger fish to fry. I wouldnt worry about it unless they give u a date for court. If u dont turn up for that a bench warrant would be issued.

    They litigate ambulance chasing stuff and have had a few cases against them recently for not doing basic duedil stuff in there other legal affairs.

    Obviously, pay your debts everyone, but to call these lads solicitors is a stretch.

    (And yes they won something for litigation at the IICM a few years back, so maybe things have changed since I had the displeasure of having to speak with someone from there trying to sell their services to a former employer!
