Proof of address for bank a/c

Hi guys, Im hoping someone can help me.

Ive recently returned home after a few years travelling. One of the first things that I have tried to do is open a bank account again but in order for me to do so, I need a proof of address. Im back living at my moms for now but she has moved house since I have been away. I have no driving license, no utility bills or bank statements to prove my new address.

If anyone has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated.

Pain in the arse, I know. One thing that works is with AIB, they also take Membership certificates of private health insurance providers. (If you have it)
For some official letters of government departments might be fine as well. It unfortunately depends on the bank.

If you are friendly with your local Guard, ask them will they fill in an ML10 form for you

Register with the revenue and ask them to send something out to you in the post.
