Equipment return query

    Hi there,

    I had a problem with my router and it needed to be replaced, so I collected a new one from a nearby Eir office. However, I still have the old one with all it's packaging as nobody from Eir ever mentioned returning it or asked me to do so.

    I just want rid of it at this stage because I don't want to get receiving any surprise charges on my account or if I change internet providers.

    Can someone advise how I can return this equipment, please?
