Its been said and discussed a billion times by now but Pogba again has been utter sh*te. Big games small games he just doesn't turn up most of the time. Forget the pricetag, forget the age, he just isn't contributing and dictating the centre of the park like we want him to.

You want to know what I want him to do on the pitch. Just look at Kante today.

Midfield is still the main problem. Not the only one, but the crux of it.

The midfield was grand up to the red. When you lose your best ball winner against a top side you're going to struggle.

Odd game to praise Kante so much, he didn't do much in the first half when it was 11 vs 11 and in the second half we didn't even do anything for him to do anything defensively. Took his goal well though.

Hazard on the other hand was brilliant.

Smalling seems to have regressed a lot. Don't have much confidence in him at the moment. Rojo in contrast was one of the few players that played with a bit of passion and pride tonight.

Disappointing result but writing was on wall after red card. Pogba missing again. 94 million..ffs. I struggle to see how we can make top 4 this year tbh. Miki needs to go on some run of winning games. Have to say Chelsea have a class team. Even Fabregas can't get off the bench and he'd be in our team in a heartbeat.

On the bright side, this is the first competition we are eliminated from this season which is very impressive as we are in mid March.

Full focus on Europa and League now!! We need Champions League next year if we want to improve

They are doing well this year but wait until Conte gets sacked next season and they go back to being ****. Might take Kante and Hazard from their team. All other positions we dominate.

Europa league is all or nothing now you feel. Top 4 just won't happen this season it seems.

Roll on the summer and a midfielder or two being brought in.

I'd say 3 games for rojo, funny hazard making a meal out of most tackles all game and the one he should be making a big deal out of (stamp) he does nothing

How can it be a blessing in disguise? It would have meant what, one more game extra in the schedule and one at the end of it if we got to the final.

It's all or nothing now till the end of the season. Lose 1 or two games and our season will be over in a flash. Jose needs to pick up the lads for Thursday. Europa is massive now!!!!

Yeah, it's like every time we have a chance to more up a place we bottle it and get a draw. If it's just to stay in touch or to catch up but not move up a place we seen to be unable to get the result.

If Ed Woodward had bought Kante not only would he have cost twice whatever Chelsea paid for him but he'd be rubbish this season.

The red card was beyond ridiculous. Really really beyond it. Costa should have been booked multiple times and William should have been booked too for diving.

After the red card Fellaini came on and Pogba was pushed further up the field centrally. That was a tactical decision and he never seen the ball as a result.

What do you want him to do? Tell the manager to f-off and that he wants to play deeper?

For obstruction and for a brain dead foul direct from a free kick given after the ref called the Utd captain over to warn him about the constant fouling on Hazard.

It was idiotic from Herrera.

Blaming the ref is grasping.
