Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just heard on the sports news a piece of audio of Klopp saying other teams will be rooting for them tonight. He can feck off.

Stat of the day,Millwall have beaten more EPL teams in 2017 than Liverpool.

Its seemingly not just a bruise I don't think he would of been near the team tomorrow night eitherway as he was in the U23 squad.

I see former liverpool forward Steven Caulker is on his way to Russia.

You'd have to wonder why he was playing though. We don't have enough games, they're looking for more?

Wonder If someone in the MUFC office has hung a "out of order" sign on the fax machine

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 20,779 ✭✭✭✭jayo26

Lads when you look at it now that fax machine has to be looked back on as a major part of Manchester United history.

Between that and Dustin the turkey we wouldn't have anywhere near the number of fans we have today.

    Ashley Young staying anyway

Blackburn always gave United a load of away tickets, for league games, and made for one of the best grounds for away support and atmosphere. Hopefully it will be the same for this one, with a full house, and will lead to a cracking game.

Probably be plenty of tickets. that club is in disarray at the moment with fan protests frequently.

I'm happy with that draw, should be a comfortable win to a club in absolute turmoil

To be fair.....it's clearly a paraphrase and the majority of the big teams and their fans will be hoping for a Liverpool win in order to keep the title race open

Other than United fans, I'd assume more people hate Chelsea than Liverpool in England so Gerrard is probably right.

The last time we played at Anfield and everyone supposedly wanted Liverpool to win, Gerrard had a costly slip that killed their title hopes.

I'd another win like that tonight no problem.

The youth of today are a species I just don't seem to have any understanding of, especially so much of the music, even less of "dancing"....

I feel old today, is it me?

Would it be tough to get an away ticket for the Blackburn game? My sister lives in Preston so would be a handy jaunt for me.

Looking at heading over to the Chelsea game. What do people think. Likely to be moved to the Sunday?

    Press conference...

    Jose...

"Last time (against Hull) we could afford defeat by one goal and still go to the final. This time, three points is the result we need."

"Ashley Young definitely stays, he gets selected tomorrow...stays with me until end of season"

    "Rooney stays also"

"Eric Bailly is available for tomorrow"

"The upcoming fixture congestion is a c**t for us" - I'm paraphrasing that one.

Elsewhere, Simon 'Philosopher' Stone is saying that Ibra, Pogba, Valencia and Bailly will all play tomorrow, and he got that from Jose. Must be in the embargoed part of the press conference so.

One thing works in your favour is there'll be more away tickets for the cup.

Put a shout out in the travel united thread.

I wouldn't bet against the Arse losing, LFC losing and us getting turned over tomorrow evening.

Think ill just ignore the scores till the games are over. Arsenal will get a draw at least and sure Spurs will pretend to be in trouble and then just batter 4 past Sunderland in the 2nd half.

Great goal for them to concede. They will cry and whinge about it but no one to blame bar themselves. Lads still arguing to the ref 5 minutes later.
