Something that hit me earlier is how much more excited I am today compared to our last cup final. Couldn't help but dread what a cup win would mean for LVG's United career. Mind, by the end of that day, I was dancing :P

The attitude of the club is different now you feel that they would genuinely be heartbroken if they lost and under lvg it was the fans expectations that are too high.

Kane is not obtainable im afraid. Sanchez (because of the contract situation) and Griezmann are much more realistic

Another plus is his age and the fact he wouldn't be dreaming of a move to Spain after a couple of seasons.

I think both would add more to the team then Lane would too with the goals being same or similar.

I'd have Lingard in there for his off the ball movement and defensive work rate alone. I know he might frustrate but he could be what's needed today especially as the Southampton fullbacks like to push up alot
