Quick one about this Ed Sheeran fella, i've never seen any vids of him live and don't really want to.

Is it just him and his banjo or does he have a backing band??

just him, he uses loop pedals to create elements of the songs live.
i think he performed with a backing band at some awards ceremony recently (maybe a few other times?), but other than that it's just him on his tod.

What time did he come on and who was the support act?

He came on about 8.20, support acts were ryan mcmullan and annemarie, both surprisingly good and worth popping in early for

great gig - support acts were really good and as above worth turning up for - the main fella amazing. really great gig and he did not leave the stage for a break at all, great energy

What were the queues like at 6.30? Think I'll head up and catch the two support acts.

queues are already long at half 6. if you have a standing tickets and would like to have a good view i'd say be there earlier. no problems with seating anyways. can't wait tonight! ;)
