The amount of people on Done Deal saying blatantly "I only bough these to make a few pounds" is sickening. I've tried reporting the ads on principle, but keep I getting an error.

    100% Standing!
The numbers are for H&S so they know how many tickets they have issued.
If they are seated it would say, Block G, Row A, Seat number 101 etc.

Hmmm. I selected seating. Will have a look. Cheers.

Less than 100 tickets on Seatwave across both nights .
Seatwave doesn't have tickets ,Ticketmaster didnt have tickets either at 10 so you'd wonder where the hell are they .

Was lucky enough to get 2. Chose best available but now utterly confused.

They say "sec GA1" "row F5" "seat -"

Issue is bringing a 12 year old, and I see it says strictly over 14 for standing

But as no seat number shown, i don't know if we seating or standing !?!?
    Antone any idea ?

    They are standing tickets.
As suggested above, toutless for a swap.
While the site is probably the best one to do it on, would be careful with printouts unless the person has good feedback or lot of posts.

Shes not the tallest 12 year old unfortunately.

Any idea how strict they are about it ?

Get the girl a flat shoe with a bit of a heel. Like wedge maybe. She's surely be taking an adult's shoe size now. Oxendales can be good for them kind of shoes. Height has little to do with age.

    I'd chance it.
Just say she's 14, not as if they will stop her getting in with a ticket with loads of people trying to enter at same time.

Time to outlaw touting. The Brazilians have the right idea. In some cases, its clear fraud and people benefitting from being on the inside.

Touting is a problem. It really is. In this case though, although it plays a part, these gigs were just far too small for the demand. 5/6 nights at the 3 arena would meet a lot of demand. 2 nights - what the fcuk were they thinking? I think it should have been better handled too for the two nights like a ticket limit of 2 or 3 per person/sale and prices should have been more for the tickets. Like 100/110/120 per ticket.

I agree with you about the touting being a type of fraud.

Not toooo strict if with an adult, I've been in with a 12 year old standing with an over 14s standing only rule and hopefully will be at ed with a 13 yr old standing!

I doubt it. Surely it would have gone on sale straight away.

A good Friday gig would be good. It might annoy some people due to no alcohol sales that day but at the end of the day, you're there to see a gig and alcohol shouldn't be a necessity. If people want drinks they'll have to go for the soft drinks.

There's definitely no extra dates for Dublin, his manager and Ticketmaster have both confirmed no extra date(s) for Dublin.

I'm pretty sure theatres can serve drink so the 3Arena probably can too.

The olympia had no drink on good friday when Frankie Boyle was on.

    http://www.olympia.ie/whats-on/frankie-boyle-live/
Please note, as per Irish licensing regulations, we are not allowed to serve alcohol at Frankie Boyle's show on 25th March as it takes place on Good Friday. Soft drinks and snacks will be available to purchase in our bars.

though he had been claiming you could

im sure they had tickets, people bought tickets.

simple fact is supply couldnt meet demand.

he sold out 2 croke parks last year, this is 2 3 arenas.

im all for having a go but at least be logical

Really confused so. Is that not the same as selling on done deal etc?

"Tickets bought through Seatwave are fully covered by Ticketmaster's guarantee.

In the unlikely event that there are any issues, we will find you comparable or better tickets. Failing that you'll receive a full refund."

    Yes demand far outweighed supply.
Stadia concerts will be announced in the next few weeks I'd imagine ,these arena concerts were just to generate hype .

Thought I was missing something there.

I'm not big into concerts but family requested tickets . I hate all the hype around getting tickets and the monolopy ticketmaster have

    that's for 2 tickets?

Thats mad hope they get stung, I do often wonder how much tickets actually sell for, I know they go up for 1000 but I reckon that is just touts inflating prices so it seems like your getting a bargain at 300.

Surely that would encourage anyone to casually tout.

If you only want 2 tickets, but buy 4, is there anything in place to stop you from immediately relisting the 2 extra tickets on seatwave ?
