    Dispatched from Cork last week. Now showing on Van destination Galway but delivery address is in Mayo.

    The guy who sent the parts is as annoyed as I am as his good reputation is at stake & it is he who is trying to sort it out.

    Have any of you had issues with Nightline?

    They might lose a few, every company does. Generally find them pretty reasonable.

    The GALWAY part is not the destination, its the route/depot - the vans base is in Galway. In fairness, you didn't even wait for the end of the delivery window before coming here and complaining?

    The 14:50 to 16:50 is the delivery window. That it took a week to get to that window is a different issue. 6 days including a full weekend is poor but not atrocious - how large/heavy/bulky was the package?

    Was just wondering if others had delivery problems with them and if not then a once off is no big deal... just a bit annoying as they got the parcel in the Cork depot on the 20 th Jan

    I apologise, it was hard to spot in your original post that the courier had first received it on the 20th, but only delivered today. Thats bad form on their part
