Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Where to **** is the penalty there ffs??

Might wake us up a bit now. Have been atrocious so far

To be fair, he absolutely has a chunk of his shirt. But again, happens in every game against us all year and nowt. Frustrating the inconsistency

I want Specsavers to do an ad with referees in it.

With Moss it's a given he will make at least one terrible decision per game

    Worst ref in the league.

    Take your ****ing time Smalling.

Poor decision by the ref, but United have been complacent so far. They're under pressure now, Hull will be fearless second half

United hitting it long every time. Zero play going through midfield.

Hull are actually playing some lovely football

They have also got away with murder a few time, Rojo twice springs to mind.

Well at least we have a game now

What does lingard actually do ? I've literally never seen him offer anything for the team . No where near good enough for united

Can't wait for the next United match thread so we can hear about the two Rojo tackles where he never actually touched a player again.

Pitch seems to be in an absolute state.. the Rugby has ruined it

Yeah but we've benefitted from about 3 wrong offside decisions. It all balances out.

I ask myself this a lot. Aside from the winner in the cup he's never impressed me.

    I hate him.

    Waste of a jersey.

The occasional cracking goal does not come close to outweighing his otherwise worthless presence.

Jose better get the hairdryer out at half time.

    Utd are playing ****e.

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,054 ✭✭✭wanderer100

This away form of ours is becoming a serious worry. We look utter sh*te

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 16,558 ✭✭✭✭yabadabado

penalty decision was ridiculous but Unitrd have been absolute ****e in the first half.
Not one player showed anything close to their best.

Silva has Hull playing some really nice stuff, impressive start from him.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 14,846 ✭✭✭✭Liam McPoyle

    Hull deservedly ahead.

We have been absolutely turgid and only seemed to wake up when they scored.

    Hook Lingard at half time.

Last thing we need is the game going to extra time.

Lol... 2 Rojo stonewalls and about 100 offsides... :D

tho they were robbed on that. never a peno. And evening itself out is b*ll****. :D

Rashford was the only one to come out of that half with some credit, and even then he wasn't great. Jose needs to give them an almighty bollocking.

    <checks who the ref is>

    Jon Moss.

Worst ref in England by some distance and takes some doing.

You'd think even in a game like this that he would offer something. Janajzi at least had some spark

The one time you back United and they're playing completely sh*t. Credit to Hull though. Should be a good second half

Much different from the home form?

  • Registered Users Posts: 723 ✭✭✭PhilipsR

It was a penalty though. Has a chunk of his shirt.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,406 ✭✭✭Korat

Yeah but we've benefitted from about 3 wrong offside decisions. It all balances out.

Linesmen not being sharp enough to follow the movement of the ball and player is very different to referees awarding penalties against Utd for the same things they let opponents away with.

Utd have been awarded 1 penalty all season, that says it all.

There have been times in that half when this was one of the worst matches I've seen so far this year, and then times when Hull have played some nice football.

    Dire stuff from United.

Utd have more points away from Old Trafford in the same amount of games played home and away.

The B Team doing half time analysis tonight.

Expecting six penos in the second half.

Say what you like about the peno but you can't say Hull don't deserve it

Just wish refs would actually enforce the impediment rule all the time.

I haven't watched a second of the game but Hull look to be by far the better team.

To be fair they are, but that doesn't mean that they deserve a piss weak penalty award

Silva certainly seems to have made an immediate improvement in terms of playing patterns.
