Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Paying back the eighty nine million pounds, Wembley nailed on.

Should be easy enough against Soton

Not if we play like we have tonight

Not if we play like we have tonight

what in the name of god makes you say that?

Tonight was a basic dead rubber, United weren't properly arsed until the second half.

Mou will have them properly fired up for the final.

The crossbar does something positive for once.

That surface is atrocious. Surely, there is a minimum standard?

    Great run from Marcus

Pogba needs to stop with these completely unnecessary tricks and flicks. Constantly losses the ball or slows down the play doing them

Sometimes you can see why Fergie got rid of Pogba

We've been dogsh*t for most of the game. We conceded one goal and were one more from extra time. Why weren't the players motivated for tonight? There is absolutely no guarantee we'll beat Southampton, as illustrated by all the non-wins against "inferior" opposition in the more important league this season.

About time ref gave Rashford something

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 31,948 ✭✭✭✭Mars Bar

Why isn't Pogba pulling that back to Rooney?

  • Rashford best Utd player today
    Always a threat

Why weren't the players motivated for tonight?

because it was 2-0 from the first leg and Managing a Premeier league team still active in 4 competitions is a bit more complicated than "being up for every game".

Hull were never going to properly bother United after the second goal went in in the first game.

Even that goal doesn't matter a fúck really.

Nervy finish here now. Great goal.

Hull are not back in it. they still need 2 goals.

Be great for it to continue but at least if United lose 2-1, it makes no difference tonight.

Pissed off to be losing the unbeaten record here.

Happy to get the thing out of the way, its been disguising some poor performances lately

And one would have you believe that if we play like we have tonight against Southampton it will be no problem...

As good a place to lose it as you can get.

More concerned with how we've played in our last 3 or 4 games. A lot of the good stuff has been missing.

The performance has been poor from most of the squad which is more concerning
No win in three games now either

If it was a record of wins I'd be the same but it includes poor draws to Burnley, Arsenal, Liverpool and Stoke so meh

Awful performance all round really. Worrying performances in last few games.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 14,158 ✭✭✭✭hufpc8w3adnk65

    Rooney's defensive performance was poor

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,629 ✭✭✭✭Sand

Only positive from that is progression to the final. Everything else was dire.

  • Job done just about. Disappointing / happy all in one
Credit to hull they were great tonight
I like their new managers style of football
