Ulsterbank tracker mortgage reinstated

    Hi all has anyone got a letter from there bank stating the as a result of there review of there mortgage portfolio and that I have been affected so they have took me of the standard variable rate and put me back on a tracker rate which is brilliant. They also said they are going to calculate the overpayment, wonder how they are going to work that out, anyone get similar from there banks

    They will use tried and tested means to calculate the overcharge, however, will they provide you with the time value of money compensation as given by AIB in their compensation awards ?

    I wonder how does AIB compare be interesting to see

    Whatever you do, keep the pressure on. Remember they had no problem taking you off the Tracker and screwing you.
