    Is it true that for new tenancies tenants have the right to stay in the property for 6 years unless the landlord is selling/moving in etc. Thanks

    Longer as there is not provision to end the tenancy for subsequent Part IV's at the moment. But yes after 6 months the tenant gains Part IV tenure rights which is 6 years (including the foregoing 6 months).
