Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

365 Mobthly Saver Statement

    Hi .
    I have a 365 Monthly Saver Account from about 11 months now.
    Can you tell me how can I get my histoy so a statement from this account?
    I have no options on 365 online ?

    Statements for a 365monthly saver account are generally issued on an annual basis. If you are registered for estatements for this account online then you will receive notification (text or email) to advise when it is ready to view online. Otherwise the statement will be issued by post to you. Should you wish to request an up to date statement prior to this, you can submit your request via the Service Desk while logged into 365Online.
