Sufferfest Windows Desktop App issues

Just wondering if anyone is running the Sufferfest App on a windows device, and whether you had any issues getting started. I can't get the videos to stream. There is no firewall and the ANT is picking up the sensors and sharing the data (it's being saved) Their tech support is on the case but it's frustrating. :mad:
