    hi all i have posted here before,i just want to know have any of you any experiences of using a personal trainer and what are the benefits? i know what you eat and how much effort you put in and all but after how long should you feel and see improvements of going to the gym?also when you first joined did you find it boring and were any of you self concisous of joining? thanks inadvance
