Hi all We recently took out a 90% mortgage with Haven, and used a broker for this. I was under the impression that we were going on a 3.5% Apr. I just checked my contract and it seems we are paying 3.75% Apr. Checking the variable rate online shows the rate is 3.5%....how am I'm on 3.75 then?? Can anyone advise what…

Hi all

Can anyone advise what options I have. I am only 2 months into the mortgage payments so it's not a huge deal but I would like to know how I got lumped with 2.5% extra...
