I had a look at all the cables and no cables are burnt can someone guide me what to do I prefer to repair this one rather then buy a new one its really a good quality heater.

Maybe a safety switch has operated? I don't know that model but most oil filled heaters have an overheat cutout and possibly another safety switch which cuts the heater off it it gets knocked over. Check for any small reset buttons and try them.
