Bouremouth conceded more than 2 in PL 10 times.

And Bournemouth have conceded 3 in an amazing 5 of their last 6 away games including Millwall. 4/5 in PL.

They've also conceded 10 in their last 4 league games, 19 in the last 8 with just one CS.

And yes, I am desperately trying to rationalise captaining Lukaku.... :)
    I think I'll captain Coleman

    :p

    Ah f*ck....

I came in here to say I was captaining Kane!

I sometimes fear betting my C on teams on runs of conceding goals like that.

You just know that all they are working on in training is defence and closing down the game, and someday they'll turn it around with a 0-0 the week you captain against them.

Although I'm not sure Howe knows howe.

Probably fairly relevant for those considering captains. This is the number of times the top 6 have scored more than 2 goals in the league.
    Arsenal 11
    City, pool , Chelsea 8
    Spurs 7
    Utd 4

And the amount of times their opponents conceded more than 2 goals:

    Swansea 11
    Hull 8
    Leicester 5
    Boro 3
    Arsenal 2
    Chelsea 1

For anyone captaining Benteke like myself

Palace have scored more than 2, 5 times this season.
Sunderland conceded more than 2 goals, 7 times.

I don't know what to make of that really

I'm convinced that Benteke's pre match ritual is to trawl through forums like this to see if anyone has him captained. If he see's that he is he puts on his lucky red card vest and his missed penalty boots.

I hate having him or Lukaku. The frustration.

I have both... hence the (c) on Ibra :D

I've been swayed by the statistical analysis posted above, so despite previous experience I'm throwing the armband on Lukaku.

Alli is tempting but I don't have the cojones to captain him

Don't have the cojones to captain Alli but you are going to captain Lukaku! Now that takes balls! :)

Allow me to apologise in advance.

If you want stats I've captained Lukaku once since the DGW33 TC debacle last season. A big fat blank at home to Swansea in GW12.

Right. Brought Lukaku in, and captaining him. This will be glorious, or it will go down in flames. It's so rarely in between with him.

Well I have to blame myself up to 98%, but your analysis was probably that 2% that pushed me over the edge :)

Coutinho. It'll be glorious or an utter fail.

May the Lord have mercy on my soul.

Went with Jesus but I have a horrendous feeling he may not start after all, Pep made comments yesterday about how Aguero still has a big part to play, wouldn't be suprise if Aguero was to play tomorrow

I was going to say 'fortune favours the brave'

But I think 'Fortune favours the crazies' is more apt.

I've never seen more annoyed as an Everyone fan when Lukaku scored 4.
