Customer service -complaint

    I joined with a bundle in may 2016, including TV, landline, broadband ,mobile.
    Service from installation to date has been appalling .
    My landlines has never worked .
    Now I have no broadband or TV either .
    Have made numerous complaints -
    But I never got my unique number to take it to comreg.
    Engineer came yesterday and left having fixed nothing .
    Still waiting on call back from eir -when I replied to their text with 'unresolved '
    After getting a text yesterday saying my issue is resolved .
    My issue will only be resolved when I get a refund for a service I've been paying for 9 months -and never received .
    Customer service -non existant .
    Have now had total loss of service for a week .
