The QWEUIOP keys of my laptop have stopped working.

I tried the reset and it's not a software issues. I did the whole, take out the battery and press the power key. I ran diagnostics and there were no hardware issues lightlighted.

So I think it's just something stuck under the keys but I'm just hesitant to try do it myself in case I break something!

EDIT: I took up the keyboard and cleaned under the keys and it's not that so I've no idea.

So just wondering if there was some where anyone to recommend to do this job?
