Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Against Leicester at Old Trafford?

Very similar game in that we weren't that impressive but somehow Leicester handed us a comprehensive lead.

Leicester's stars of last year really have downed tools this season. All that hunger lost in a sea of plaudits, awards and fatter salaries. I feel sorry for Ranieri

They weren't very good in the first place, it was a complete fluke from both players and manager.

It really is such a pity Spurs din't win it last season as they actually have some genuine quality players who would have deserved it more as their not going to prove to be one season wonders like Leicester are but sadly I don't think they'll win the premier league in the near future.

Wouldn't mind seeing Martial come on up front in place o Ibra. No real reason not to. Extra pace on the counter.

Wouldn't agree with you there. Leicester fully deserved their title win last season.

I'd like to see Carrick for Pogba and martial for rashford

They deserved to win it because they played very well and accumulated the most points it but they're not anywhere close to being a top class team and they've proven it this season with their pathetic performances.

Last season was simply a fluke of epic proportions everything that could possibly have went well for Leicester, personally I would have liked to see Spurs win last season as it's good to see genuine quality being rewarded and not some fluke winner.

Agreed. It's also no coincidence that only two clubs have managed to retain the title since its inception. It's incredibly difficult to motivate yourself to the same level as reigning champions.

This is still muck tbh. And what is with Pogba

It's very difficult to fluke a league win by 10 points. A cup win you could but win a league by 10 points and you are just the best side in the league that season.

He's clearly been asked to play the Carrick role. If that's the case he's doing alright...Ander pressing in front and mate allowed to create

United playing in energy saving mode.

Frankly the idea of Zlatan coming off is shocking. I'm certain we would lose the game if that happened.

So Leicester did deserve to win it then. Spurs finished third last season, that's where their genuine quality got them.

    .

So last season was a complete fluke but this is their true selves? Truth is probably in the middle, they are definitely better then this.

Just meant he is nearly making fouls and giving out to the ref while on a yellow just chill out is all I want him to do

It was a fluke because there were a huge combination of circumstances that allowed them to win, poor quality league,no injuries, other teams playing in europe, they seemed to get a lot of refereeing decisions last season as well.

I said they deserved to in and they did but it still doesn't mean there wasn't a lot of luck involved.
