Recommendation for Architectural Technician

I'm in the process of planning a small house renovation/re-model in Cork.
Basically turning the ground floor of 1990's Semi-D house from a separate Kitchen-Dinning Room-Living Room Set-up into an Open Plan arrangement.
It looks from the outside like a simple project, but i'd like to have detailed plans drawn with some technical expertise to aid with the tendering process, Budgeting, ordering of materials etc....
Does anybody have a recommendation for an Architectural Technician in the Cork area?
