Meteor order missing for 3 weeks

    Hi,
    I ordered an upgrade from the Meteor online store on 15 January and haven't heard anything since. I emailed to enquire on 30 January but nothing came of it. Is it possible to arrange to collect it or otherwise just cancel the order? This is ridiculous.
