Reset Apple Password with no access to email

Hi. A friend cant remember their Apple ID password and have no access to the email they setup originally to use with Apple ID. What are the options? Could we contact Apple Support tomorrow and they reset the password for us without sending the email to reset password?

They didnt know the security questions either lol

All sorted now with Apple.
