For Leinster season ticket holders we got the below, not sure if non-season holders will have option

Tickets will be available in all price categories starting at €20 and will include a 10% discount. A limited number of a promotional offer €10 tickets in the Upper Stands will also be available during this pre-sale. Junior tickets are only available in Category 3 (€45) and Category 4 (€35) price levels.

They're not gone.

Change the ticket type from "Adult" to "10 euro ticket offer" and there are loads left.

Season ticket holder can purchase now. 6th Feb is public sale.

I am sure there will be some concessions but would expect a sell out for this.

I don't think so. I think this is for season ticket holders that want additional tickets, giving them 10% discount on each they buy.
