Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    hi all i am after joining a gym,i am just looking for some advice,the reason i joined is to improve my fitness and lose weight and improve my general apperance,its my upper body which i really want to improve,what programe or equitment would be the best to use to achieve this? i am also making changes to my diet,when i go the the gym i will give it 100%,once i start something i always give it my all,after how long should i see an improvement? i am a little overweight,all views wellcome
