LED lights in in sync !

Have 4 LED task lights in my kitchen ceiling,about 1m apart. There are 3 settings on each light. First press brings on a 7W light. Next press switches to to a separate 15W lght. Third press turns on both lights @ 22W. The problem is that one light goes out on sync. It could be on the 7W phase when the other three are on…

The problem is that one light goes out on sync. It could be on the 7W phase when the other three are on 15W. Others times, all four lights are in sync.
Hard to explain but I think you will know what I mean.
