Where would be the best place to have my celtic sleeve reworked in Ireland?

I like half of my sleeve but its obvious the guy who done it got lazy half way through and used spacious dotwork to fill in the blanks. I want these dots replaced with tight knotwork, the same as it started of like. There doesn't seem to be many good tattooists in belfast that could do something like this, who are good…

Hard to judge without a pic but Celtic work is fairly popular so there are a number of competent artists in Ireland - have a look at Spilled Ink and or Colourworks.
